Hope, Healing, and Support Beyond the Ribbon

Life After the Ribbon Foundation is dedicated to providing education, survivor support, wellness resources, and meaningful community connections for individuals and families affected by breast cancer. We believe support should continue beyond diagnosis and treatment—creating a community where survivors and their families feel seen, encouraged, informed, and supported throughout every stage of the journey.

Our Story: Why We Exist

Life After the Ribbon Foundation grew from a vision held by Tamera Patrick, whose many years of overseeing the Pink Walk allowed her to witness the strength, courage, and sense of community that comes from bringing people together in support of those affected by breast cancer.

Through the Pink Walk, Tamera envisioned something that could extend beyond a single annual event—a lasting organization that could provide continued education, encouragement, wellness resources, survivor support, and community connection throughout the year.

The Foundation exists to continue walking alongside survivors and their families as they move forward into life beyond breast cancer—honoring their journeys, supporting their needs, and reminding them that they remain surrounded by a caring community.
